Because rates depend on the training location, possible travel, the number of sessions per week and other factors, I am unable to provide them in a simple web format.  Call or get in touch with me for a consultation to discuss specific rates.

If you are committed to improving your health and well being, I will find a way to develop a program that will fit your budget.

 

                             Available Packages

Single Person Session (1 Hr) 
Buddy Session (1 Hr, 2 people)

5 Session Package

10 Session Package

Quick Start Package   Initial Meeting, Evaluation, Program design, Four-one hour workout sessions, 20 minutes/week by phone or E-mail for one month.  Perfect for people that basically understand exercise safety and correct form, but are returning to exercise after some time away.

Beginner's Package   Same features as the Quick Start except with eight workout sessions.

Tune Up   For people that I have trained within the last 3 months who want an occasional tune up session or a new program design. 

 

Special Rates Available    Special Mid-Day Rates are often available.  Special rates also available for low income clients that have schedule flexibility and can keep appointments without fail. If you are a current client, earn Free Sessions for referrals.

 

Terms and Conditions are listed fully in the Training Agreement, but the basic conditions are as follows:

1.  All rates are for 55 minute sessions at locations that do not charge session fees or involve travel of more than 4 miles.

2. Payment is due when a session or package is begun.

3.  Cancellation is 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations within 24 hrs may be rescheduled within the next 7 days at the trainer's discretion.  If the trainer is absent due to illness or emergency, you will be refunded or rescheduled for the time missed.

4.  Packages must be used within 60 days of purchase.
